Key benefits of micro-nanobubble nozzles used with natural air for

a shrimp pond of HDPE liners with high intensive culturing model:

- Floatation of suspended solids for subsequent removal which helps reduce water 

viscosity and turbidity. Once the water is clearer, better oxygenation by algae photosynthesis 

during daytime can be substaintial which gives way to reduce energy run for other aerators.

While the water viscosity is reduced, oxygenation efficiency by other aerators such as

surface paddle wheels and macro-bubbles by air diffusers (run by root blowers or air turbo blowers)

can be much improved.

- Oxygenation near the pond bottom for the shrimps themselves where they normally reside and look

for feed. Oxygenation near the bottom also support nitrification process aided by microbiome to break down

bottom sludge.

- Fine bubbled flow near the bottom in an HDPE lined pond also help faster the circulation of the shrimp feces and moltened

shells toward central toilet, which helps reduce the organic load in a pond.
